Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Tyler Mills, trading as vTyzzo Forums ("we", "us"). When you buy or use vTyzzo Forums, you are contracting with Tyler Mills.

Acceptance

By buying, remixing, or continuing to use vTyzzo Forums, you agree to these terms. If you buy for an organization, you confirm you can bind it; if you buy as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

The product

vTyzzo Forums is a ready-made community forum website. After a one-time payment you receive a remix (your own copy) of the project and a setup password to claim it.

Licence and restrictions

You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run one forum from each copy you buy. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the project or its code, or remove or bypass its setup protections.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property.
• No malware, security probing, scraping, or interfering with the service.

You are responsible for content posted on your forum and for keeping your account details confidential.

Ownership

We keep ownership of vTyzzo Forums, including its software, design, documentation and branding. Content you add to your forum stays yours.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service level and warranties

We don't guarantee the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, it is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to updates and support for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and both sides agree to those courts.
